I highly recommend the CCW class for women.  I had previously taken a mixed gender class at another facility and had left feeling somewhat apprehensive about getting my permit to carry.  I decided to take Ken's class for women. and when completed, felt much more confident in the use of firearms. I have since gotten my permit to carry.  Not only did we cover the use of firearms, Ohio laws and range time, Ken and Kelly also had a segment on gun cleaning and special instructions designed for women's concealment, and real-time home defensive techniques.  I have every confidence in knowing that I can now defend myself, if needed, both in my home and outside of it.  I plan on taking Ken's advanced shooting class in the near future.  Both Ken and Kelly were excellent instructors who incorporated the use of humor, skill and extensive knowledge.  Great class!

The four of us had 5 hours of defensive shooting instruction from Ken.  Safety and awareness were the pinnacle of the instruction, and from then on guns were a-blazin'!  Ken had great advice on technique and form, and it proved very effective within the first hour of shooting.  The instruction mirrored that of some of the best military shooters that I have ever had the privileged to shoot with.  Extremely practical experience!!  Thanks Ken!!

Ken, I wanted to thank you and Kelly for a fantastic class yesterday, despite the chill and rain. The class was not only interesting, but tremendously valuable from beginning to end! I've been a hunter for about 50 years and was in the military for four years during the Vietnam war, however, the things I learned yesterday, such as laws, safety, certain aspects of our heritage and rights, and situational responses to some very common occurrences, proved to me that not only do we all have the need to continue to learn throughout our lives, but we owe it to ourselves, our family, and to everyone and everything our country represents. As you said, there are "sheep" and there are "shepherds" and our country was not only built by both, but by one supporting the other. Without shepherds the sheep just do not survive - and neither does their domain. You convinced me to join and support the NRA and that's just what I am going to do. Thank you for that too!
